Pulled Pork Sliders

IMG_8292_2Trendy, cool and super tasty. I love this way of cooking pork, the sweet, spicy gooey sauce clings onto each piece of pulled pork, and oh my goodness it is good! Just slap the pulled meat between a soft bun, add some pickles, mustard, lettuce and jalapenos, and you will find yourself in slider heaven.

Dee’s notes

  • Once the meat is pulled, you will see that it is quite dry, it is essential to moisten it with the pan juices. This will also add to the great flavor
  • Make large ones if you don’t want the mini sliders
  • Check the meat ever hour
  • You can add any garnishes you like – the options are endless
  • These make a fun and cool party snack
